Professional Services  
LOCATION National (office remotely)  

As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for providing customers with valuable content services and management solutions that simplify their business processes. Your primary responsibilities will include solution consulting, designing, training, installing, developing, and supporting client solutions. Other responsibilities may also include pre-sales and post-sales consulting and other position-related responsibilities as defined below.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Delivers efficient solutions using applicable software and technologies
  • Determines solution requirements with client by analyzing data usage, reviewing existing work processes and identifying improvement needs and system requirements
  • Assists with design and documentation prerequisites using flowcharts, diagrams, templates and user manuals
  • Participating in internal team meetings and client status calls
  • Installing software and assisting with infrastructure needs
  • Executes implementation efforts including development in multiple environments both onsite and remotely
  • Performs functional testing in controlled environment and assists client in acceptance testing utilizing business process test case scenarios
  • Provides initial support of solution after deployment and production migration
  • Promotes enhancement of existing processes and solutions
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications and maintaining professional networks
  • Assists in the sales process with technical solution consulting, demonstrations and support
  • DataBank Solution Engineers are required to be on-call two weeks a year to support Care+, our advanced administration support



Position Qualifications and Desired Requirements:

Education, Training, and Experience Desired:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of installation and support of content and services solutions.
  • A minimum of 3+ years experience in the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) sector.
  • Certifications in Hyland OnBase software preferred


  • Minimum of 30% Travel will be expected, pending COVID-19 protocols for safety & wellness
