Job Description
- Scope:
- Participate in consumer interview and elicit insights
- Create hypothesis, create experiments, identify KPI’s, execute, track and grow them
- Work alongside the product and design teams to test various concepts leveraging inbound and outbound marketing techniques
- Perform competitive analysis and research of competing products and their approach to market
- Desirable: Genuine interest/awareness of the mobility and/or transit space
- Skills:
- Ability to create, run and analyze social media accounts, websites, customer trust points et al.
- Elicit customer insights through A/B testing, multivariate testing (MVT), conversion rate optimization, analysis of results etc.
- Experience in inbound and outbound marketing
