Job Description
They are a 30 person business in NYC, however have a significant presence in Asia, and are looking to add to their digital support function.
This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize experience in supporting digital and retail initiatives - they are hoping to find someone with experience of working closely with eCommerce platforms, Point of Sale, Order management and warehouse management systems.
This role will involve investigating digital incidents and problem tickets and supporting any required application maintenance. They are also hoping for someone to document and publish business processes, and work closely with technical leads and product managers to build a collaborative approach to data protection.
